employers want and need. We know that today's technology changes
rapidly, so we stay abreast of trends and software through
constant communication with industry professionals.
We teach subjects that contribute to a company's success. We
teach the practical skills and knowledge that employees need to
make measurable contributions to today's companies.
As dentists' workloads increase, they will likely hire more dental assistants to handle a variety of administrative and clinical duties, allowing the dentists to spend more time on complex dental procedures. As a result, earning a diploma in the dental assistant program at Texas School of Business can pave the way to a promising career.
As a dental assistant, you will perform a variety of tasks to assist during treatment procedures, such as handing instruments and materials to the dentists and keeping the patients' mouths dry and clear. You will be responsible for sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment, preparing trays of instruments for dental procedures, and instructing patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
