For over 100 years, Indiana Business College's number one goal
has been to educate students and have them become productively
employed. The college has developed an enviable reputation as a
dedicated two-year Associate of Applied Science degree granting
institution graduating students from job-oriented programs into
successful careers.
Today, virtually every working person must function within a set
of planned directions and procedures that apply to his or her
particular job. Employers now prefer to hire trained and skilled
professionals who can immediately contribute to the workforce.
Everything we do from admissions to instruction to placement is
designed with that in mind.
Indiana Business College is accredited by the Accrediting Council
for Independent Colleges and Schools to award Certificates,
Diplomas and Associate of Applied Science Degrees.
The health care management program provides medical students with
an overview of accounting, marketing, finance, law and management
to prepare them for managerial positions within the health care
industry. Students will develop knowledge and skills in research,
critical thinking, problem solving and current technology, as
well as foster teamwork and leadership skills through
participation in classroom activities. Professional ethics, and
its application within the health care business environment, is
also targeted.
The program has been developed as a completion program for
students who have graduated from an accredited associate degree
program in a related area, or who have earned college credit
equivalent to such a degree.
