Medical Assistant - Associate's
The mission of the Andover College medical assistant program is to provide students an education that will prepare them with demonstrated technical skills, work ethic and professional values to enter the medical assisting workforce. Characteristics that demonstrate these traits include, but are not limited to:

Program Objectives:
- To offer a medical assistant program that is regularly assessed and updated in order to maintain technical standards and to meet the needs of students and the community.
- To provide a learning environment that uses traditional and innovative instructional methods, materials and equipment.
- To provide students with accessible library collections and learning resources and the skills to use them.
- To provide students with opportunities to broaden their awareness and understanding of our diverse society and health care needs.
- To develop and maintain educational partnerships with business, labor and public sector agencies.
