Medical Assistant Sciences - Associate in Specialized Business

Day Program - 18 Months
Evening Program - 24 Months

A graduate will have clinical skills (EKG, phlebotomy, blood pressure testing, injections, lab work), specialized administrative skills (typing, bookkeeping, insurance billing, front office operation) and preparation for five specialties:

  • Certified medical assistant
  • Medical transcription
  • Phlebotomy
  • EKG
  • Health unit coordinator

The graduates are qualified to work in medical venues ranging from hospitals and labs to private practice offices.
